PRESTO – PŘEKLADATELSKÉ CENTRUM s. r. o.  is one of the leading translation agencies and language schools in the Czech Republic and Central Europe. It provides comprehensive translation and interpretation services in over 40 languages with a team of over 4,000 translators.

At the end of 2015, we won a tender for the development of a new, tailor-made information system that will gradually cover the processes of the translation departments, the sales department and the language school.

To solve the needs of the sales department it was necessary to create a tailor-made CRM system. This system not only includes functions typical for common CRM systems, but also specific functions that cover the processes of this company.

In particular, the business module enables centralization of important business information in one place, allowing the trader to have all the important information from different departments disponible (completed orders, order fulfillment status, minutes of meetings, contacts to business partners, etc.). It also offers other features such as workflow of orders, business plans, commission calculation, telephone and email campaigns and a large number of statistics and reports. The work of business managers is therefore significantly simplified by finding all the necessary documents in the system. They are able to monitor the achieved results and to subsequently prepare business plans for the next period.
