The Kiconn project deals with the digitization of commercial kitchens. It helps to ensure compliance with various hygiene and safety requirements, but also improves the management and economic efficiency of these kitchens. It enables the simplification of routine activities, automates the monotonous collection of operational and hygiene data and reduces the amount of waste generated.

The system can adapt to the individual needs of each customer, for example, helping them to optimise peak loads, preventative maintenance, data collection and process monitoring. The data is then available on-site or in the cloud. The chef is thus relieved of this administrative work and can concentrate better on his core business.

On this project, we worked with our German colleagues and here in České Budějovice we focused mainly on the frontend of the system.
