The Modelovka project is implemented for Czech bank Hypoteční banka, a. s.  It is an application for Android and iOS platforms, which is used by Hypoteční banka's contractual traders.  It enables quick and transparent calculation of mortgage loans. Merchants simply enter in their phone or tablet all the necessary information to perform the calculation, such as product type, total loan amount, required share of collateral loan and other information about the mortgaged property. On the basis of these data the application then calculates the possibilities of the offered mortgage. They can also apply various discounts and enter information about economic situation of the client.

Benefit of this app is that merchants can use it anytime, anywhere. They are not tied to a computer, but they only need mobile device and the Internet. We did not developed this app, but we are now managing it.
